In 2012, I was asked to  manage and supervise the entire renovation of the Carlton Hotel in  Tel Aviv as the local representative of the London-based firm EAD  Ltd.,  a  leading  international company
specializing in design for tourism and leisure.

Playing  an important role in a complex and prestigious project and steering  it towards successful completion, while ensuring that work unfolded  on schedule, within the budget, and while maintaining the project's  high-quality

Finding  aesthetic and technical solutions to various problems that arose  during the renovation process.

Coordinating  the work between EAD Ltd. In London and the local staff and suppliers  in Tel Aviv.

Translating  and updating the technical drawings.

Revision  of local price offers. 
         
        - 
          
Producing  technical drawings for design details and changes that arose during  the work process.

On-site  supervision of the work process.
